Specialty Surveys/Inspections
Forensic: Residential and Commercial

 
These reports can be delivered in three formats; print, e-report and CD.  They  may include a detailed narrative report with digital photos.
FHA / VA / HUD
HUD compliance inspections
 These are scheduled by their respective agency
Environmental Health


Asbestos Survey/Inspection:
Visual inspection for possibly asbestos containing materials.
Samples are collected and sent to lab for analysis.
 Required by the state of Montana if you are renovating or demolishing a commercial or public building, or a residential building with four or more separate living units.
Recommended if you intend to purchase a commercial property.
Recommended if you intend to remodel, demolish, or purchase a residential property.


Phase I Environmental Site Assessment:
According to ASTM standards.
 Recommended if you have environmental concerns.
