Us
BJCC Inspections is the leading Home Inspection company in Northwest Montana, owned and operated by Bruce and Judy Kirby. We are a full-time full-service Inspection company, serving all of Northwest Montana. We have two certified Inspectors on staff at this time. Once contacted, we handle the entire process of scheduling your inspection, (sometimes within minutes of your initial contact), performing your inspection, and delivering your report. We work closely with home buyers, home sellers and realtors to expedite matters quickly and conveniently for all. You, the customer, always comes first with us. We welcome your comments and suggestions to improve our service. We are dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of the Home Inspection industry. We constantly upgrade equipment and methods to increase quality and convenience for you, the consumer. In order to help raise the standards of Home Inspections in Montana, we founded and operate the Northwest Montana Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors - NACHI. Bruce Kirby is also NACHI's Western States Director. Qualifications We have over thirty years experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. We are members in good standing in the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors - NACHI We are members in good standing in the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors - InterNACHI We are members in good standing in the Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors - FAPHI We a member in good standing of the United States Chamber of Commerce We a member in good standing of the Eureka, MT Chamber of Commerce Our Inspectors have passed NACHI's Online Inspectors Examination with high scores Our Inspectors have taken the Standards of Practice Quiz Our Inspectors abide by NACHI's Code of Ethics Our Inspectors follow NACHI's Standards of Practice Our Inspectors fulfill a minimum of eighteen hours of Continuing Education every year Our Inspectors are Certified Mold Inspectors - ESA Our Inspectors are Structural Narcotics Collection Specialists - SNDS Our Inspectors are Montana Accredited Asbestos Inspectors. |
