Certifications and Affiliations
Both of our Inspectors are certified by the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the largest Home Inspector association in the world. Bruce Kirby Judy Kirby 
 Bruce is InterNACHI's Western States Director and Inspector Consultant.  Bruce Kirby has met the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is a qualified FHA Inspector ID number X496.  Bruce Kirby has met the requirements of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is a qualified VA Inspector.  Our Inspectors are Certified Master Inspectors. 
Our Inspectors have trained with the U. S. Forest Service to recognize fire safety issues in the wildland urban interface. 
Our Inspectors are Montana Accredited Asbestos Inspectors.  Our Inspectors are members of the Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors. FAPHI is Florida's leading Home Inspector's association.  We work closely with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. These were established to help protect the environment and human health. |
